This the story behinde my model railroad


 Kern county was Found by the  Spanish man named Fermín Lasuén how start the  Mission Santa Barbara 1820.  June 29 /1925  Santa Barbara earthquake made him what to see were it was coming from so he took a walk and came to a River and called Kern. He decide to build a mission there to witness to the Indians there Tejon Indian Tribe in Kern.  Found EST July 4/1925     On July 21, 1952, an earthquake Did damage to the Southern  railroad  and the mission was destroyed and never rebuilt.  The Santa Fe / Union Pacific  Railroad  bough up the rail and fix it to keep severs to Kern county  they bought  Southern R.R.     Steam Locomotive  Baldwin2-6-0 to Keep passage  severs going as will.  
 The beiges company is the Red Rock Mine implores 1,552 people 
the scent is Agricultural jobs  about 400- 500 people working. Underwood Family farms 312 people  ,Walking w Ranch 88 people
Keene Ranch  about 15 people
The town has 78 People work in it and the Santa Fe / Union Pacific R.R. 62- working for them
